About Me

I am a fourth-year Computer Engineering student at the University of Florida, with a passion for understanding how technology works. From a young age, I was fascinated by how everyday objects like cell phones enable communication over long distances. While I’ve always enjoyed using technology, building it is where my true interest lies. In high school, I developed a love for programming and problem-solving, which led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration at UF. In my free time, I enjoy interfacing with new technologies and microprocessor systems. I also enjoy learning about AI in embedded systems and software development. The purpose of this website is to showcase my passion for technology and my skills. Please feel free to leave any feedback, thank you!

My Projects

  • Gator Field Notebook

Kotlin-based cross-platform mobile app that enables researchers to efficiently log field data with GPS, integrate environmental data via APIs, and print sample labels

    Tech Stack:

    • Kotlin
    • Android
    • iOS
    • API
    • Firebase
    • SQLDelight
  • MediConnect

A winning business model for a cross-platform mobile application using React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL that helps travelers with chronic conditions navigate foreign healthcare systems, addressing the needs of 1.4 billion global travelers and securing first place in a Berlin Startup Community competition with the highest product valuation among 15 competitors.

    Tech Stack:

    • React
    • Node.js
    • PostgreSQL
    • Business Model
  • HelpHub

Full-stack food bank web application built using React, MongoDB, and Express.js that serves University of Florida students by providing real-time inventory tracking and a points-based ordering system, complete with UFID verification and role-based access control for enhanced security and equitable food distribution.

    Tech Stack:

    • React
    • MongoDB
    • Express.js
    • JWT Authentication
  • SwampyBird

Swampy Bird is a University of Florida-themed Flappy Bird-inspired game developed with the Java-based graphics platform Processing, where players guide a Sandhill Crane through tree obstacles in a swampy environment, featuring light/dark modes, adjustable difficulty, and custom visuals and audio.

    Tech Stack:

    • Processing
    • Java
    • Game Development
  • 32-bit MIPS Processor

A 32-bit MIPS processor implementation in VHDL that features a multi-cycle architecture, 256-word RAM with memory-mapped I/O, and supports a comprehensive subset of the MIPS instruction set including arithmetic, logical, memory access, and control flow operations.

    Tech Stack:

    • VHDL
    • ModelSim
    • Quartus Prime
    • Hardware Design
  • Bootloader Development

Custom bootloaders for both x86 and ARM platforms. The bootloaders were designed to load and display a message from an external file bin file through the UART protocol, which required work with low-level assembly programming, memory-mapped I/O, and system initialization.

    Tech Stack:

    • Assembly
    • x86
    • ARM
    • UART
  • Synchronous Serial Communication with SPI

Developed a real-time 3D acceleration data acquisition system by configuring the ATxmega128A1U microcontroller to communicate with an LSM6DSL IMU via SPI, visualizing sensor data using SerialPlot over UART-to-USB, and verifying transmission with a logic analyzer.

    Tech Stack:

    • Embedded C
    • SerialPlot
    • SPI
    • UART
    • IMU
    • Microprocessors
  • Minesweeper

Classic game of Minesweeper re-developed in C++

    Tech Stack:

    • C++
    • SFML
    • Game Development
